If you do not mind, I'll speak English. I do not know Polish.

I found these LEDs in China. These are pictures with the results of measurements on a spectrophotometer. If someone understands this, tell me, are these good LEDs?

In my opinion, the wave lenght is good for plants (colour both led is ok), but someone should tell you, what are the proportions, because I don't know too much about this stuff. It depends, what do you expect. Flowers (more red) or the leaves growth (more blue). My english is bad, so i really sorry for any mistakes, I hope, you'll understand me

The wavelength of the LEDs corresponds to the declared one. I wanted to know about the other parameters ... I was told that they are good. I wanted to clarify from people who understand this.

I think it would be much easier to understand if all the results wouldn't have been written in Russian. But maybe we'll find somebody who speaks Russian or, at least, knows their alphabet.
